We are creating a peer-led challenge for companies to join us to eradicate systemic racism in our organizations within the next three years. How do we get there?
- It starts with a commitment at the top of our executive teams to lead and create the solutions – we believe this will not be successful as an outsourced or delegated initiative.
- At GFTW, we are accumulating a best practice methodology using a constant best-in-breed approach with concrete steps to support this bold challenge. The framework is designed as a starter kit for any executive team to consider the critical areas they need to address and a set of standards for implementation that can be modified and enhanced per each company’s situation.
- Finally, we teach executive teams to run through collaborative-problem solving exercises with their teams to deliver a comprehensive plan they can execute against and point to with pride.
