1. Make the basic assumption that people don not want to have dinner with you. Instead, they want to have dinner with a bunch of interesting people.
2. Choose where the dinner party would be wisely.
3.Set the tone of the place to the group that you have.
4.If you're having a dinner in a restaurant. choose a thin table rather a round table for the group to hear everyone.
5. Set the tone with a toast.
6. Make everyone at home.
